Tamarind Hills Resort & Villas, recently renovated in 2023, offers a luxury beachfront escape on an oceanfront bluff in Antigua and Barbuda. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and spectacular sunsets, with direct access to the white sands of Ffryes and Darkwood Beaches.
The resort features 54 individually decorated accommodations, ranging from one-bedroom Studios and two to three-bedroom Suites to two to four-bedroom Private Residences. Each unit is equipped with a king-size or twin bed, a kitchenette (including a microwave and kettle), centrally controlled air conditioning, a flat-screen television, complimentary wireless internet, a safe, and a private bathroom with a bathtub, shower, complimentary toiletries, and a hairdryer. All accommodations boast a private balcony or terrace, with many also offering a jacuzzi and/or a private pool. Baby cots are available upon request.
Dining options include two restaurants, one of which is The Terrace, serving Caribbean, Mediterranean, and International cuisine, with vegetarian, dairy-free, and vegan options available. Guests can also enjoy a grill, a poolside bar, and three additional bars/lounges. Breakfast is offered with buffet, à la carte, or continental choices, and room service is available.
For relaxation and recreation, the resort provides an outdoor salt water pool with complimentary sun umbrellas, a full-service spa offering massages, body treatments, and facials, and a fitness center. Additional amenities include an outdoor pickleball court, water sports facilities, a kids' club, table tennis, and darts. The surrounding area is popular for hiking.
Convenient services include a 24-hour reception, concierge services, luggage storage, laundry facilities, currency exchange, and babysitting (surcharge). Complimentary wireless internet access and free private parking are provided. A paid roundtrip airport shuttle service is available to V.C. Bird International Airport (ANU), located approximately 15 km (9.3 miles) away. Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is until 11:00. The resort staff speak English, French, and Spanish, and accepts American Express, Visa, and Euro/MasterCard.
