ホテル概要

Hôtel de l'Horloge, a 19th-century building centrally located in Avignon and overlooking the picturesque Place de l'Horloge, is currently undergoing a complete renovation. The hotel is closed from October 31, 2025, to Feb 28, 2027, and is scheduled to reopen in March 2027, combining contemporary elegance with Provençal spirit. The property has received its official star rating from ATOUT France.

Upon its reopening, the hotel will feature 50 stylish guestrooms, including Suites and Junior Suites, designed with refined, bright spaces and a warm atmosphere featuring natural tones. Rooms will be decorated with antique furnishings, soundproofed, and equipped with air conditioning, minibars, coffee/tea makers, premium bedding, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Bathrooms will feature designer toiletries, hair dryers, bathrobes, and towels. Some accommodations will offer private terraces or balconies, including an exceptional Terrace Suite with panoramic views over Avignon's rooftops and the Palais des Papes. Three rooms will be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Guests can enjoy a range of facilities including a sauna, a bar/lounge, and a common area television. The hotel provides concierge services, express check-in/out, luggage storage, safety deposit boxes, tour assistance (including bicycle tours), and a computer station. For events, there is a banquet hall and meeting rooms totaling 40 square meters. Additional conveniences include room service (during limited hours), daily housekeeping, dry cleaning, laundry service, and taxi/car hire. The hotel maintains a non-smoking policy.

A buffet breakfast is available daily for a fee, served from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM on weekdays and 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM on weekends.

The hotel is ideally situated, just a 2-minute walk from the Papal Palace, and 0.1 km from Rue de la Republique and Avignon City Hall. Avignon - Caumont Airport is approximately 10 km away. The Luberon Regional Natural Park is a 30-minute drive, and the Alpilles mountains are a 55-minute drive.
