The property operates on a self-check-in basis. To receive check-in instructions, guests must send a copy of a valid ID (driving license/passport) and complete a £100 pre-authorisation security deposit in advance. Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Reception is open daily from 09:00 to 17:00, with an emergency contact number available after hours.
A strict no-group policy is enforced, prohibiting single-sex parties, hen/stag groups, and the property reserves the right to decline bookings with an EH postcode. Bookings for 5 or more adults require confirmation of group nature with reception, or the security deposit may increase to £200/£300. Smoking, parties/events, and pets are not permitted.
