Hotel Overview

The American Trade Hotel is a luxury Colonial hotel located in the historic Casco Viejo district, in the heart of Panama City.

The hotel features 50 individually decorated, air-conditioned guestrooms. Each room is equipped with a refrigerator or mini-bar, an iPod docking station, and a 40-inch plasma or flat-screen satellite TV with digital programming. Beds are fitted with down comforters and Frette Italian sheets. Some rooms offer a balcony overlooking the street. Private bathrooms include bathtubs or showers, rainfall showerheads, designer toiletries, a hairdryer, bathrobe, and slippers. Complimentary wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel.

Guests can enjoy local and international cuisine at the hotel's restaurant, Dining Room, which also features a bar/lounge, garden views, and alfresco dining. A jazz bar is also available. Room service is provided during limited hours. Cooked-to-order breakfasts are served daily from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM for a fee.

Recreational amenities include an outdoor pool and a fitness center.
