Mahogany Bay Resort & Beach Club, Curio Collection by Hilton, offers a relaxed adventure on the stunning island of Ambergris Caye, Belize. Located just minutes from San Pedro Airport (SPR-John Greif II) and a short boat ride from the Belize Barrier Reef, the resort provides an ideal base for exploring the region.
Guests can choose from 190 charming cottage or villa-style rooms, featuring breezy, open spaces, local hardwoods, and indoor and outdoor seating. All accommodations are air-conditioned and include mini-refrigerators, Smart televisions, complimentary WiFi, and safety deposit boxes. Suites and certain rooms also offer small kitchens. Private furnished balconies or patios are available in many rooms, and bathrooms are equipped with complimentary toiletries and hair dryers.
The resort boasts a range of amenities including an outdoor swimming pool, a full-service spa offering massages, body treatments, and facials, and a fitness center. Guests have exclusive access to Belize’s only private Beach Club, reachable via a complimentary 15-minute boat ride to a white sand beach with cabana beds, overwater hammocks, and full beach service. A complimentary beach shuttle is also available.
Dining options are diverse, with multiple chic and eclectic venues. These include The Restaurant, an indoor-outdoor eatery in The Great House with bay and sunset views, The Verandah offering Fusion cuisine, JYOTO, Stirred, Shaken, and Rum+Bean. Snacks are available at the coffee shop/cafe, and guests can enjoy refreshing drinks at the beach bar, poolside bar, or one of several lounges. Full breakfasts are served daily for a fee, and room service is available during limited hours.
The Great House serves as the resort's social hub, a grand 22,000 sq. ft. wooden structure. For events, the resort offers 8,000 sq. ft. of space, including a conference center and 5 meeting rooms.
Additional conveniences include a 24-hour front desk, concierge services, dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and a business center. A paid airport shuttle service is available, and free private parking is provided onsite. The resort also offers non-motorized watercraft and bicycle rentals, fitness classes, and an onsite tour operator to arrange diving and adventure tours. Staff are fluent in English and Spanish.
A Daily Mandatory Charge includes Beach Club & Bay Club access, a $10 gratuity for hotel staff, internet access, non-motorized watercraft and bicycle rentals, fitness classes, chilled towels and water spritz service at the pool, and local calls. Babysitting services are available for a surcharge.
