The resort is ideally located steps from Heavenly Ski Resort, 1.7 miles (2.7 km) from Heavenly Gondola and The Shops at Heavenly Village, and 1.8 miles (2.9 km) from El Dorado Beach and Tahoe Queen. Casino at Harrah's Lake Tahoe is a 5-minute drive away.

The resort features 183 air-conditioned rooms, each appointed with a fireplace, flat-screen television with cable programming, DVD player, phone, laptop-compatible safe, separate sitting area, and a fridge.

Guests can enjoy a wide range of recreational amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool, outdoor tennis court, outdoor pickleball court, sauna, hot tub, and a terrace. Dining options include an on-site pub, a restaurant serving breakfast, and a coffee shop/cafe, complemented by room service. Additional facilities comprise barbecue grills, shuffleboard courts, a gift and sundry shop, a seasonal ski shop, ski and golf storage, an arcade/game room, and a pool table. For convenience, the resort offers a business center, ATM/banking services, an elevator, complimentary wireless internet access, concierge services, and free valet and private parking.

A $200 security deposit is required at check-in, payable by credit card only, matching the guest name on the reservation, along with a valid government-issued photo identification. Guests anticipating arrival later than midnight (resort local time) should contact the resort prior, as late arrivals may be subject to cancellation.
