Housekeeping Services:
Housekeeping service is offered every 7 days. For stays of 7 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more. Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a small fee. Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
Smoking: Smoking within the property will incur a penalty of USD 250. A designated smoking area is available.
Utility Fee - A utility fee of USD 2 per room, per day is applicable and will be charged during the stay.
Security Deposit: A standard security deposit of USD 100 is required for every check-in. All guests must provide this deposit, which will be refunded after checkout, subject to property inspection. Payment is by credit card only; cash is not accepted.

For guests travelling with pets: a maximum of two pets per room, is permitted. An additional charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights applies, followed by USD 15 per day thereafter.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. An additional charge of USD 10 per hour applies for early check-in between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Early check-in between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM may be complimentary, subject to availability.
Any damage to linens (including pillows, bedsheets, duvets, or towels) caused by guests will incur a charge ranging from USD 15 to USD 40, depending on the item.
