Town and Country San Diego, a recently renovated resort, boasts an authentic mid-century modern design with a warm, SoCal vibe. Voted Best Resort in San Diego by San Diego Magazine readers, it is centrally located, approximately 0.4 miles (0.7 km) from Fashion Valley Mall and within a 5-minute drive of Hotel Circle and Balboa Park. The resort is also minutes from beaches and major attractions like SeaWorld San Diego and the San Diego Zoo, and approximately 6.8 miles (11 km) from San Diego International Airport (SAN).

The resort features 704 modern guestrooms, each equipped with plush pillowtop beds, 100% Egyptian cotton bedding, a flat-screen cable TV, complimentary wireless internet access, an iPod docking station, a work desk, a seating area, a coffee machine, and a safe. Private bathrooms include shower/tub combinations, designer toiletries, and hair dryers. Phones with free local calls are also provided.

Guests can enjoy a variety of dining options across five restaurants and bars, including the award-winning ARLO, and an on-site marketplace. A coffee shop/cafe offers snacks, and a bar/lounge provides evening entertainment.
