The hotel is within a 10-minute walk of the Pennsylvania Convention Center and City Hall, and also close to attractions like Love Park, The Franklin Institute, and Rittenhouse Square. It is situated 483 meters (1585 feet) from 15th Street Trolley Station, 645 meters (2116 feet) from City Hall Subway Station and The Barnes Foundation, 1.6 km (1 mile) from 30th Street Amtrak, and 16 km (9.9 miles) from Philadelphia International Airport.
The hotel features 171 individually decorated spacious suites, many offering skyline views. Each suite is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen including a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, along with a dining area, seating area, and a desk. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, a flat-screen cable TV, and two bottles of water per night. Private bathrooms come with shower/tub combinations, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers, while pillowtop beds are fitted with premium bedding.
Superior rooms provide exclusive access to the skyline level, which boasts an observation lounge with an outdoor terrace, a seasonal rooftop pool, and a dedicated fitness center.
Dining options include Con Murphy's Irish Pub, serving Irish and American cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Asia on the Parkway, offering Chinese and Thai cuisine for lunch and dinner daily. The hotel features two restaurants and two bars/lounges. Cooked-to-order breakfasts are available on weekends from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM for a fee, and room service is offered during limited hours.
Additional amenities include a 5:00 AM-11:00 PM gym, a seasonal outdoor pool, concierge services, a computer station, express check-out, dry cleaning/laundry services, and accessible parking.
