The hotel offers 43 guestrooms, including single, double, twin, family, triple, and accessible options. All rooms feature private bathrooms with a shower/tub combination, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, and tea/coffee making facilities. For a more spacious stay, luxurious two-bedroom Western Suites are available, accommodating up to five guests and featuring a functional kitchen, seating area, and two separate bedrooms.

The newly refurbished Western Restaurant serves daily breakfast (available for a fee from 7 AM to 11 AM), a light lunch menu, and an evening à la carte menu featuring fresh, local produce. The Western Bar, a warm and welcoming traditional pub, offers a wide selection of drinks, an extensive cocktail menu, and hosts live music five nights a week, including traditional Irish music sessions every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Guests benefit from complimentary Wi-Fi throughout their stay, a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and safety deposit boxes. Daily housekeeping is provided, and tour and ticket assistance is available. For fitness, guests have access to the nearby Snap Fitness gym for a surcharge of EUR 10 per session.
